1. Agreement
By engaging Octowaves Media for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Services
We provide done-for-you short-form video editing, content strategy, scripting and posting support. Scope is defined in your signed proposal or invoice.
3. Payments
All fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may pause active work. All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Deliverables & Revisions
Turnaround times and revision limits are defined per package. We're committed to quality — most projects include reasonable revisions to keep you happy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, but you keep everything delivered up to the cancellation date.
6. Ownership
Once fully paid, all final deliverables belong to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and only use it to deliver our services.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or platform algorithm changes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
